My Story
Positive change starts within
I fully believe in the power of coaching because I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative journey that led me to feel more fulfilled, less stressed, and happier overall.
Mid-career, I started feeling stuck, anxious, and discouraged. Coaching rescued me and lit a new fire within. The thought-provoking supportive partnership between coach and client is something truly unique. Because of coaching, I am on a more gratifying path.
My Journey
After years of supporting leaders in organizations transition their teams through change, I decided to shift focus to helping individuals through change.
Change is hard, knowing what to change and making it stick is even harder!
- Early Years
As a young woman starting my career, I was content letting others guide my path. Each job provided experience, but no true satisfaction. Then it happened. I started hearing a voice that said “NOT THIS…you are meant for something greater“. What did this mean? I had no idea!
This is when I realized I wanted more than a job. I wanted a career that energized me! I knew I needed a change, but was completely clueless on what that might be and how to get there. Fortunately, the voice was relentless until I finally took action.

More than a decade later, I still listen to that inner voice that has guided me through numerous career changes and educational pursuits. It hasn’t been easy but I’ve continued to hold true to my passion for learning and growth. Through this journey, I discovered coaching and the tremendous power it has to help people open their eyes to new possibilities.
